We’re off to see The Wedding Present this Friday. I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve seen them. It has to be at least 7+ times by now, but every time Gedge and Co. put on a great show.
This is the earliest WP recording that I have, but I’ve seen some earlier ones from April of ’86 out there. It’s an average quality audience recording comprised of a nice sample of pre-Tommy songs. In fact, during the recording David Gedge talks about how “All About Eve” is a “new one.”
