I saw …And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead play a small show in the 7th Street Entry in Minneapolis years ago. I think it was probably around 1999 since “Madonna” had just come out. They played to about 40 people and put on one of their typical crazy shows that they were know for. I haven’t seen them again because they have been playing huge shows pretty much ever since then. This song was recorded last week at Alte Feuerwache in Mannheim, Germany.

The terrible news yesterday was of Jason Molina’s passing. Jason was the force behind the Songs: Ohia moniker (largely for his own solo work) and Magnolia Electric Co (which saw him working with a regular band).
