I know absolutely nothing about this band and there is surprisingly little about them on their label’s page (Urban Torque) or their own MySpace page Download the video with a link. Hailing from Brighton, what now seems to be a three-piece are just about to release their second EP “979.” The most amusing description I read about The Diogenes Club is someone who said it “reminds me of George Michael’s more downtempo numbers.” This track seems to be a bit more of a straightforward club number than that description suggests, but calling them an 80’s throwback band sells these guys short Download photowonder. They are much more interesting than that.
