I got an e-mail a while back from Panda Riot telling me that they were big fans of the site. Unlike a lot of the submissions from bands that we get, I actually think they like some of the stuff that is posted. I checked out the tracks and they are straight up early-90s shoegaze. I’m a total sucker for that stuff, so I was instantly into it. From what I gather, they are a three-piece from Chicago that is backed by a drum machine. You can pick the full record up off of iTunes or Amazon which I would suggest, but I would also recommend going to their site and downloading a really nice cover of The Magnetic Fields’ “Book of Love.”
