I planned on posting this James Brown Christmas song for my December 25th entry for a while now, but it’s now with a sad heart that I put this song up as a tribute. One of the best performers that I have ever seen passed away early today. Even though he was in his mid-60s at the time that I saw him, seeing James Brown live was one of the best concerts that I’ve ever seen. Best of luck Godfather of Soul.

This is the first Christmas album I play every year. Classic. I only got to see him once, back in ’99. Nothing short of amazing. I’m glad I didn’t hear about this until today (12/26). The news would have crushed me on Xmas.
