I usually try and post live or rare stuff, but every once in a while I feel the need to post just a regular old RIAA lawsuit waiting to happen song. While listening to Tiger Trap when I was writing yesterday’s post, I looked up in my iTunes playlist and saw this This Mortal Coil song. I don’t think I’ve listened to it in years. With over 17,000 songs in my music collection now, there’s a ton of stuff that doesn’t get listened to on a regular basis. This Kim Deal/Tanya Donelly vocal collaboration easily stands out as the best track on Blood, if not all three This Mortal Coil records. Very few songs bring back such vivid memories for me as this song. Ahhhh 1991….
