I get requests to check out bands all the time, but it’s a rare occasion when the band is actually any good. Point Juncture, WA was kind enough to send me a copy of their latest release which I found to be really good. The record is a nice combination of boy/girl pop with a little keyboard and vibraphone. Each song on their “Mama Auto Boss” is a little different ranging from mellow vibraphone pop, not unlike American Analog Set, to straight-forward indie rock, but this song stands out as my favorite.
