By special request, more live Unwound. This is taken from a video compilation which was creatively titled “(video compilation)” which I bought probably ten years ago. I think it was released by the same person who released another fantastic video compilation called “Sweet Little Baby, Yeah”. Both tapes have some seriously hard to find live recordings of great bands (Slant 6, The Crownhate Ruin, Clikatat Ikatowi, Shotmaker, Daredevil, etc.) which will probably find their way on this blog in the next couple of months.

To this day, I’m still upset that I missed Unwound when they were touring for “Fake Train.” I guess I can’t complain too much since I saw them on tour for every other record. This song was recorded in Minneapolis on the “Challenge for a Civilized Society” tour. Always a great live band, I remember this show being one of the best that I saw them play.
