Ruby Isle’s Night Shot was one of the best surprise albums of 2008. I managed to see them a few times on their New York stops. Here is a track recorded at a New York gig at Rehab. If you like your synth-based rock insufferably catchy with killer cheese-wiz processed guitar licks (and, yes, that is a good thing), this is your bag. I sure hope they come back around on tour, or, barring that, busy at work on a new album.
