Partyline were one of those bands that I always told myself I was going to check out, but when it came around to actually seeing them live I seemed to always skip them. Now I’m out of luck since they have broken up. My operative Avalanche caught them a couple of times in New York and provided me with this recording from The Cake Shop from March of 2006. From the reports that I heard, it sounds like I seriously missed out on a good show.
