I’ve been listening to a lot of The Jam lately. I played this cover for my friend who is a much bigger fan of The Jam than I am and I believe his reaction was “My ears are bleeding!” Since I’ve always loved IATWTC, I think this song is great! I’ll make it a point to do this song when we go out for karaoke next time, then he’ll really know what it’s like to have ears that are bleeding.

Wow for such an anthemic and melodic band to cover this is flat and tuneless. Impressive only in how terrible they are.
Wow. This might well be the worst cover version of one of the best songs ever.
